troy haywood

YOGA INSTRUCTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER

PMAC FACULTY

Troy Haywood is a choreographer and yoga instructor based in Charlotte, NC. He has been a dancer and choreographer for over half of his life, but did not begin practicing yoga in 2011. At first, he was looking for a way to sustain his flexibility and strengthen any weak areas, but what he found in his yoga practice goes so much deeper than that. He completed his 200-Hour Teacher Training in 2018 at Y2 Yoga, and growing through this experience was the most life-changing adventure he had ever been a part of. It propelled forward on his spiritual path and ignited a newfound passion for his practice, the teachings, and the transformation that is found through the practice. He is beyond excited to join you in your practice and he looks forward to meeting you in class next week!
